One of the most common ladybirds in the Netherlands, the Two-spotted ladybird (Adalia bipunctata) [1].

It is a vairable species that can be found in red or black.

The red form with a black dot on each wingcover is the most common variant. 
The black variant has two red spots that can be very variable, like more or less well defined and smeared out. As can be seen in the photo below where each shield has three red spots.
