A female Common carder bee (Bombus pascuorum) foraging on Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) for pollen.
This bumblebee, and other bumblebee species, collect pollen from Meadowsweet by walking over the small flowers and shaking and vibrating its body so the pollen stick to the hairs and then wiping them using the legs into the pollen brush on the hindlegs.
The photo shows the bumblebees entire body is shaking except for the head.
