The in The Netherlands common Marmalade hoverfly (Episyrphus balteatus).
In Dutch the common name for this hoverfly is translated in ‘Moustache hoverfly’ as result of the moustache-like markings on the abdomen, which are variable[1, 2].

This specimen feeds on Apple-of-Peru (Nicandra physalodes).
