A female Patchwork leafcutter bee (Megachile centuncularis) on Bird’s-foot trefoil (Lotus corniculatus).
This small bee is among others recognizable from the red-orange hairs on the bottom of the abdomen. It is possible that this species nests in the bee hotels as I’ve observed the characteristic cut leaf nest covers that are used by this family. But since other species in the family do this as well (see here) it is not certain which bee it was.
