This bee, the Willughby’s Leaf-cutter Bee (Megachile willughbiella), is a garden resident during the summer period and nests in the bee hotels.

This male, that is clearly identifiable by the broad and long haired white front shins, is feasting nectar of  Argentinian vervain (Verbana bonariensis).
