The Lime (Tilia sp.) growing right next to the garden, and partially overhanging, provides living space to many insects. For some of them, like this Lime aphid (Eucallipterus tiliae) [1], it is a host plant.

The cloned, born alive, new generation is single-colored white, without the characteristic dark spots but the red eyes are already present.
