The diggerwasphill and its direct surroundings steadily attracts more pompilid wasps. Between the rocks limiting its sides nestles Auplopus carbonarius, and the sand provides nesting space for Episyron rufipes and this Caliadurgus fasciatellus.

I spotted her dragging with a spider but was just too late to capture them on photo for an identity.
