A nice specimen from the extensive family of Ichneumon wasps (Ichneumonidae). Not all detils are visible on the photo’s but following the key1 it could be a specimen from Ichneumoninae or Ctenopelmatinae. MOst photographic examples of the latter group have much longer antannae, therefore Ichneumoninae spec..
It is a male as can be concluded from the ovipositor that is not present.
