New garden species

OBSERVATION:

A new garden species, Ectemnius continuus [1,2,3]. The males are frequent visitors on the bee hotels where they use empty nestholes to spend the night [4].
They arrive towards the end of the day and start looking for a suitable spot, which may take a while before they make their final choice.
